Treatment Programs

The Treatment Process

Choosing the right path for substance use or mental health treatment is a powerful step toward lasting change. At Provive Wellness, we’re committed to providing a complete continuum of outpatient care to support long-term recovery and well-being. Our services include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and General Outpatient Programs (OP). Whether you’re just beginning your journey or continuing care, we’re here to guide you with compassionate support and expert coordination.

Detox

Detoxification is often the first phase in the recovery journey for individuals struggling with substance use. This critical process should be managed under medical supervision to ensure safety and comfort. Detox programs vary, and selecting the right one depends on several factors—including the type of substance used, the duration of use, the severity of dependency, and any co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

Provive Wellness collaborates with a trusted network of detox providers to help individuals and families find the most effective and supportive detox options. We understand that detox is just the beginning, which is why we emphasize the importance of emotional guidance and continued therapy to help individuals stay motivated and engaged throughout the recovery process.

Residential / Inpatient

Residential treatment is ideal for individuals who benefit from living in a structured, immersive environment. This level of care provides the highest intensity of support, including 24/7 supervision, medical oversight, and access to daily therapeutic programming. Residential rehab removes everyday distractions and stressors, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

Treatment methods can vary depending on the program—some emphasize holistic care, others lean on evidence-based approaches, and many combine both. Stays can last several weeks to a few months, depending on clinical needs and recovery goals. Provive Wellness can help you find a residential program that aligns with your situation, and we’ll support your transition into aftercare services to continue your progress.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive, structured treatment in an outpatient format, allowing clients to live at home or in supportive housing. PHP includes daily therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, and personalized treatment planning.

Participants typically attend a minimum of four hours per day, five days a week, for a total of 20+ hours weekly. Clients work with a multidisciplinary team—therapists, doctors, nurses, and case managers—to address the underlying causes of addiction or mental health challenges. PHP is ideal for individuals who are stable post-detox or who do not require inpatient care but still need a high level of clinical support.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Provive Wellness’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for those who need consistent therapeutic support but do not require around-the-clock supervision. IOP allows individuals to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities while engaging in structured care. With flexible scheduling and individualized treatment planning, clients can strengthen coping skills, address triggers, and maintain accountability as they progress in their recovery.

General Outpatient Program (OP)

Our General Outpatient Program (OP) offers ongoing care for individuals stepping down from more intensive levels of treatment or seeking continued support. OP focuses on reinforcing healthy habits, improving emotional regulation, and fostering long-term recovery. With personalized guidance and flexible scheduling, clients are empowered to stay engaged in their healing journey while living full, balanced lives.
