Specialized Support Through the Service & Unity Program at Provive Wellness

At Provive Wellness, we honor those who serve by providing personalized mental health and substance use treatment through our Service & Unity Program—a program specifically designed for military personnel, veterans, and their families. We recognize the complex challenges faced by this community, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Our care model is holistic and customized, ensuring each client receives a treatment plan that addresses their individual experiences and needs.

A Tailored Continuum of Care

The Service & Unity Program offers a full spectrum of treatment options, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient Services. This tiered approach ensures that individuals receive care aligned with their stage of recovery. From the moment of intake, each participant undergoes a thorough assessment to identify core concerns and begin mapping a personalized journey toward healing.

Each client is paired with a dedicated primary therapist who collaborates with them to build a detailed treatment roadmap. Therapy includes a range of interventions such as individual counseling, group therapy, psychiatric care, holistic treatments, experiential sessions, and access to supportive community resources. All care is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based clinical methods.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for Military Clients

Our PHP is the most intensive outpatient level of care and serves as a vital bridge for those stepping down from inpatient treatment or requiring a high level of structure. This program is ideal for veterans and active-duty members who are off duty, on leave, or in transition.

Running weekdays during daytime hours, PHP provides a structured and immersive therapeutic environment. Clients work on stabilizing their emotional, physical, and psychological health while learning essential skills for long-term wellness. It allows participants to receive focused care without disconnecting from family responsibilities or their broader support systems.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Military Clients

For individuals progressing from PHP or those needing flexible yet intensive treatment after hospitalization, our IOP is an ideal next step. Offering both daytime and evening options, this program provides comprehensive therapy while accommodating work, service, or family obligations. The treatment plan is targeted to help clients manage daily challenges, triggers, and stressors as they continue to heal and grow.

The Service & Unity Program is built around a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological impact of military life. Recognizing that trauma is often at the heart of these experiences, we embed trauma-responsive care throughout each treatment track. Clients receive psychiatric evaluations, medication management when needed, and a fully integrated care model that blends traditional therapy with holistic healing techniques. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of compassionate, effective care to every individual and family we serve.
